Provided Claims and Change Management consulting services on the $20 billion USD onshore Amur Gas Processing Plant (AGPP) Project during the post-award execution of a multi-billion USD Lump Sum/Re-measurable onshore Licensed Technology EPSS Contract.
Provided advice and guidance to the Iraqi Ministry of Oil (Client) on all commercial, legal, and contractual aspects related to the Contracts, Procurement and Project Controls on a $6 billion USD Lump Sum EPC Contract for a new grass roots refinery project in Karbala, Iraq.

Individual FPSO projects ranged between $900 million to $1.50 billion in TIC.
Managed contracts and procurement on the Shenzi Field Development Project ($6.0 billion USD Program, offshore Gulf of Mexico), which included the design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of an offshore Tension Leg Platform (TLP) with a floating hull, piles, and tendons and 10,000-ton topside.
Served as Contracts Advisor on the Area "A" offshore gas management program ($1.0 Billion USD program, offshore Angola), consisting of three major projects including a new offshore gas processing platform, an onshore gas plant, and offshore flare management on fifteen existing offshore facilities.
